A small-group, async-first Executive Functioning educational program for neurodivergent adults — with the support, structure, and flexibility your nervous system actually needs.
Enroll Now →No calls required. No overwhelm by design.
A note before we begin
If you've spent years being told you just need more discipline, a better planner, or to try harder — you already know that advice doesn't work for your brain. This is for you.
If you've tried those systems, watched them work for everyone around you, and quietly concluded that something must be fundamentally wrong with you — I want to offer you a different frame.
You are not broken. You are operating in a chronic mismatch between how you operate and what the world keeps asking of you. That mismatch has a cost. We're going to start measuring it differently — and building something that actually fits.
— Neurotrybe Coaching
Over 8 weeks, you'll stop managing around yourself and start working with how you operate.
- Map your actual bandwidth — understand where your energy goes, why tasks derail, and what your nervous system is trying to protect you from
- Build systems that fit how you work — lightweight, flexible, low-friction structures that don't require willpower to maintain
- Work without being on camera or a call — all core support is async via text, voice memo, or video message, on your schedule
- Get a weekly body doubling session — optional open group sessions for focus, accountability, and regulated co-presence
- Ask questions anytime in the community — post what you're stuck on, get answered directly, and search the growing archive of past answers
- Leave with a system you can actually sustain — not a binder of worksheets, but a real understanding of your own operating conditions
This isn't a course. It's a co-created scaffold.
Support happens through the community: post your questions anytime, get direct answers, and see what other people are working through too. Every answer gets tagged by topic and added to a growing, searchable archive — so by the time you join, a lot of what you need to know is already answered.
1
Map
We build a clear picture of how you operate — not from a checklist, but from what's actually happening in your daily life. Where does time go? What tasks feel 10x heavier than they should? What conditions help you think clearly?
→ You'll leave Phase 1 with a real understanding of your bandwidth patterns — what depletes it, what restores it, and where the mismatch is costing you most.
2
Build
We co-design your personal operating system — task structures, decision-reducing routines, transition supports, and communication templates that reduce the cognitive load of just existing in the world.
→ Nothing here is borrowed from a productivity influencer. Everything is built from what you're actually doing and what actually works for you.
3
Sustain
We calibrate. What's working, what's not, what needs adjusting. You learn to troubleshoot your own system instead of abandoning it when life gets hard.
→ The goal isn't compliance with a system. It's self-knowledge — understanding what you need and being able to create the conditions for it.
Weekly body doubling sessions — open, optional, and free of agenda.
Every week, the group gathers on video for a structured, low-pressure co-working session. No sharing required. No performance. Just regulated co-presence — which research consistently shows improves focus, task initiation, and follow-through for neurodivergent adults.
Show up for 20 minutes or the whole time. Bring the thing you've been avoiding. Leave having done it.
"The hardest part isn't doing the task. It's starting it alone."
The community is also where questions live — post whatever you're stuck on, and I respond directly. Every question gets tagged by topic and added to the searchable archive, so what one person asks becomes a resource everyone can search.
Body doubling and the community archive are both included. Neither is a bonus — they're infrastructure.
One clear entry point. Everything else is optional.

To put it in perspective
This isn't about the 8 weeks you'll spend in the Lab. It's about what's already happening every week without it.
Even a conservative estimate — an hour a day lost to task paralysis, decision fatigue, or recovering from pushing through the wrong way — adds up to 7 hours a week. Over a year, that's more than 300 hours. Not an afternoon. The equivalent of two months of full work weeks — spent not on the task itself, but on the friction around it.
One missed deadline or derailed project can cost more than that in a single week.
One system that actually fits how you operate doesn't just save time once. It compounds — every week you're not losing it.
This works best if some of this sounds familiar.
- You're a professional or self-employed person who is clearly capable — and also constantly behind in ways that baffle and exhaust you.
- You've tried planners, apps, accountability partners, timers. They work for a week. Then they don't.
- You know what you need to do. Starting it is the part that doesn't make sense.
- You suspect you operate differently — diagnosed or not — and you want support that takes that seriously.
- You want flexibility, not rigidity. You want to understand your system, not just comply with someone else's.
- You're done white-knuckling. You're ready to build something that fits.
A note on what this is
The Bandwidth Lab is an educational program designed for adults who want to self-discover how they operate — so they can have a better understanding of how to move through life based on what they already know about themselves.
It is designed for people who are generally stable and not currently in crisis. It is not designed to treat, diagnose, or address mental health conditions, trauma, or any clinical presentation requiring professional mental health care. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for therapy.
If you are currently in crisis or looking for mental health treatment, we want to make sure you get the right support — and this program isn't it. In the US, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the US, findahelpline.com has crisis resources in your country and language.
